Shipping, sizes and returns
Questions about an order? Write to [email protected].
Shipping
- What does shipping cost?
- Flat-rate shipping: $9.95 to the US, $14.99 to Canada. Prices are in US dollars.
- When will my order arrive?
- Each piece is made when you order it: 2 to 5 business days to make, then about a week to your door in the US or Canada.
- Where do you ship?
- To the US and Canada.
- Only seeing part of your order?
- Items are made and shipped by different fulfillment companies, so you may receive a separate email and tracking number for each item.
- What if my address is wrong?
- Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order comes back or cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, sending it again may cost extra shipping.
- My tracking says delivered, but it is not here.
- A carrier sometimes marks a package as delivered before you can find it. Check around your property, other doors and your community mailbox, and ask your neighbors and household. Then contact the carrier named in your tracking email. If it still has not turned up, write to me and I will help.
Returns
- Can I return or exchange a piece?
- Every piece is made to order, so I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect color. Please read the description and the size chart before you order.
- What if it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. I will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Pieces are made to order and may go into production soon after you order, so I cannot promise a change or a cancellation. Write to me as soon as you notice a mistake.
