Privacy
I collect what it takes to make and send your order, and, unless you opt out, which pages are read.
Your order
Checkout runs on Shopify. When you order, Shopify collects your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and your payment details, then passes the order to me. I never see your full card number. Shopify’s own privacy policy covers the checkout.
Printing and delivery
Every piece is made to order. The companies that make and ship it, and their carriers, receive your name, shipping address and the pieces you ordered, so they can print them and deliver them to you.
Analytics
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record which pages are read and how they are used, including clicks and scrolling. It helps me see which pages work.
If you choose Opt out on the notice, Google Analytics sets no cookies and counts only anonymous visits, and Microsoft Clarity stops recording. To change your answer later, clear the shop’s data in your browser and choose again when the notice comes back.
In your browser
The site keeps your cart in your browser’s storage so it is still there when you come back, and remembers your cookie choice the same way.
When you write to me, I use your address and message to reply. I don’t sell your details to anyone.
Where it is kept
The site is served by Cloudflare, which handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and stop abuse. Shopify, my fulfillment companies, Cloudflare and the analytics services may store and process data in Canada, the US and other countries.
Your data
If you join my newsletter, your email address is kept in my Shopify customer list so I can write to you about new designs and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, write to [email protected]. Order records stay in Shopify for as long as tax law requires.
